After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email, then it is our intention to complete orders and arrange delivery as quickly as possible.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, delivery to international locations is via a Priority Airmail service or a 2-5 working day international courier service. Delivery usually takes up to 7-14 days, however, this is dependent on customs clearance, the delay of which we can not be held responsible for.

Delivery within the UK will be made via our UK distribution centre via either a Royal Mail 1st class service, or a 24 hour courier service, therefore UK orders should be delivered within 3-4 working days.

We can not be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failures to deliver resulting from any cause beyond our reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub contractors or suppliers, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.

We may be able to arrange “guaranteed next day delivery” for some items. Please contact us by telephone before placing your order to enable us to check stock availability and inform you of any additional delivery charges if necessary.

In the event of an order being returned to us as a result of the carrier being unable to deliver, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. You may be liable for any re-delivery charges.
