Refund / Cancellation Policy
Refund / Returns We make every effort to ensure that all our goods are well packaged and are as described. However, if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to provide replacements for any items damaged or lost* in the post. If you are unhappy with any of the items that you have received, you may return them to us in the original packaging, the goods must be unused and in a re-saleable condition. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We would recommend you return any items via an insured and traceable service, we can not be held responsible for goods that are lost / damaged during the returns process. Upon safe receipt of the returned goods we will refund you in full, deducting the original postage and packing charge, within 30 days. We will not accept goods returned if the product has been used. In the unlikely event an item is faulty or damaged, we will refund the relevant item in full including the postage costs within 30 days, providing you have notified us of the related fault / damage within 3 days of receipt. Cancellation You have a 14 day cooling off period, from the date of delivery of the goods, in which you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods in the original packaging, by recorded delivery at your cost. On receipt of these goods you will be refunded the full original price of each item returned (excluding postage and packing charges). You can cancel your order before we have despatched the goods and receive a full refund by contacting us. *Please note: We class items as lost in the post after 28 days. |
